Plan your trip

A stone bridge above the void

In the south-east of Wadi Rum, Burdah Rock Bridge links two sandstone towers, about 80 metres above the rocks. You reach it on a Bedouin path, slabs and a few steps where you use your hands.

No climbing skills needed, but you must be fit and comfortable with heights. Eid, Bedouin guide and climber, takes you from the foot of the massif to the arch.
