Zarb workshop

Bedouin cooking and a feast at sunset

Cook like the Bedouins

At the camp, with our Bedouin host, you season the meat and vegetables for the zarb, which cooks slowly in an oven dug into the sand. You knead your own arbood bread and bake it in the hot sand and ashes.

In between, we share the rituals of Bedouin tea and coffee. At sunset, we dig up the zarb and gather around the fire for the feast. No cooking skills needed.
