You climb as a rope team with Eid, Bedouin guide and climber. You need to be at ease on 6a already.

How the route unfolds
Wadi Rum Rest House
Meet in Rum village, then drive by 4×4 to the foot of the wall.
Getting ready
Tie in, check the gear and go over the rope work with Eid.
Warming up
Find your rhythm on the sandstone.
Gaining height
Belay after belay, the desert opens up below you.
Topping out
About a hundred metres above the sand, with an open view over the desert.
By abseil
Back to the ground by abseil, with Eid.
To the village or the camp
Back to the village by 4×4, or a night at camp as an extra.

Gear
Harness, helmet, ropes and safety equipment provided. Climbing shoes lent, bring yours if you have them.
What to bring
Approach shoes, layers, windbreaker, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. A 20 to 30 litre bag for water.
