Bookings

• Bookings can be made online through our booking form or by phone.
• No deposit is required to confirm your booking. You pay the full price of the tour in cash at the end of the tour.

Payment

• Payment is made in cash only, after the tour.
• We cannot accept credit cards, bank transfers or PayPal, as there is no electronic payment in Wadi Rum and the only cash machine, at the Visitor Center 3 km from the village, does not always work.
• Please bring enough cash to cover the cost of your tour.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing (email) or by phone. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start date. If you need to cancel or change less than 48 hours before the tour, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust our planning and logistics.

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour. The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by guests during the tour.

Insurance

We encourage all guests to take out personal travel insurance covering accidents, illness or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour and must be purchased separately.

Protecting the environment

Guests are encouraged to travel responsibly, for example by using reusable water bottles and taking their rubbish with them. Littering, damaging the landscape or disturbing local wildlife is forbidden.

Copyright and use of images

We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes, unless guests tell us otherwise.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints about a tour must be sent in writing (email) within 7 days of the end of the tour. Any dispute will be settled according to the laws of the country where the tour takes place.

Changes to tours and force majeure

We reserve the right to change the itinerary, activities or accommodation in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety issues, etc.). We are not responsible for disruptions, cancellations or changes caused by force majeure (natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, etc.). If the itinerary has to change significantly, we will do our best to offer a similar alternative and to inform guests as quickly as possible.

Medical conditions and special needs

Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy or special need that could affect your participation when you book. We will do our best to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated. Please bring all the medication and medical supplies you need for the duration of the tour.

Guest behaviour

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, our team and the environment throughout the tour. We reserve the right to refuse or exclude a guest from a tour in case of inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

Age restrictions and parental responsibility

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the whole tour. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children they accompany.
